Privacy notice

This mailbox keeps the information needed to read and respond to a message: the content, sender address, name if supplied, and routine delivery records. We use it to answer the stated inquiry and preserve continuity if you write again.

Limited collection

We do not request confidential source material through this page. If you choose to send a link, use a public one unless a later conversation establishes another arrangement. Please do not send credentials, learner data, or sensitive personal information.

Control of your details

You may ask us to correct an address, explain what is held about your correspondence, or delete a message where appropriate. A subject line and approximate date will help us find the relevant thread.
